Snakes and Tornadoes! Snake Hunting in Oklahoma with NKFherping and my724outdoors.com!

Had some fun snake hunting, but unfortunately it was an abbreviated day of flipping tin and rocks in Oklahoma. There are over forty-six species of snakes are native to Oklahoma. Only six species (15%) are potentially harmful to humans. Venomous species include the copperheadcottonmouth, western diamondback rattlesnake, timber rattlesnake, prairie rattlesnake and western pigmy rattlesnake. Snakes are found statewide and in all habitats.
