It’s Rattlesnake Season in the South and Wait Until You see This Massive Timber Rattlesnake  with NKFHerping and my724outdoors.com!

A few fantastic outings as activity for vipers really starts to ramp up as we move into August! The timber rattlesnakecanebrake rattlesnake, or banded rattlesnake (Crotalus horridus)[6] is a species of venomous, sometimes highly venomous,[7] pit viper endemic to eastern North America. This is the only rattlesnake species in most of the populous Northeastern United States and is second only to its relatives to the west, the prairie rattlesnake, as the most northerly distributed venomous snake in North America.[8][9]
