A great day finding Salamanders in Georgia. A cold fall day, a nice rock face and salamanders galore! This is a great video for the kiddies to watch and learn about these fascinating creatures. Salamanders are not dangerous to humans, they are shy and cryptic animals, and are completely harmless if they are not handled or touched. Salamanders have very absorbent skin and the oils and salts from human hands can seriously harm them. So, please always be careful if you are going to handle salamanders.
