Becky walks us through a step-by-step process for field-dressing a whitetail deer using the coring method. The only equipment that is needed is a knife and a pair of protective gloves. One benefit of using this method is that no bone or spinal matter is broken, and the marrow and spinal tissue does not come in contact with the meat. Additionally, the intestines are left completely intact so that digestive contents are also not introduced to the venison.
