How To Process Squirrel After Your Hunt with KYAField and my724outdoors.com!

This process requires only a knife and pair of shears, and produces the back straps and four quarters for consumption. The squirrel that Becky is using for demonstration is grey squirrel, but this process can be replicated across squirrel species.
