Delicious Trout and Eggs. It’s What’s For Breakfast! with AKDFG and my724outdoors.com!
In this short video, we’ll show you how to make fried trout and eggs! This recipe is also fantastic for over a campfire!
Ingredients: 2 trout, filleted, skinned and de-boned ½ roll of crackers Eggs (1 for fish, additional for frying) Butter Salt and Pepper to taste Whisk 1 egg in a bowl. Add in trout fillets. Crush up cracker crumbs and pour on a plate. Roll trout fillets in cracker crumbs. Fry in butter until golden brown. Cook eggs in butter. Serve together with ketchup or hot sauce for a delicious breakfast! Yields ~4 servings. ©ADF&G
