Smoked Crappie is delicious! Join us for a great fishing trip for some Florida Winter Slab Crappie or Speckled Perch as we call em’. We will show you how to prepare them on the “Half Shell” and smoke them on the the Ziv’s Portable Smoker. This is the first time having smoked crappie for me, and they turned out GREAT!
