I will show you the Basics to Making Great Venison Burger. If you hunt, you should have a good grinder. I recommend the LEM, and you can find it on my Amazon Store. See the link below. I have used mine for 15 years and it still works great. Venison Burger is a fantastic way to use the tougher portions of your deer like the neck and shoulders. Use a little added fat from the butcher to make it GREAT. Grind the meat one through the course plate and twice through the fine plate to make the BEST VENISON BURGER. Add a little beacon to step it up a notch. Yo can also add other ingredients like onions and garlic to add our own twist.
