We Caught These BIG Bluefish Using Oversized Baits with Capt. Matt Budd and my724outdoors.com!
We went out catching BIG Bluefish on some plugs! Bluefish are super aggressive and are known for their explosive bites, sharp teeth and strong fights. Most of the time they’re in the 1-3 pound range but in some areas certain times of the year can reach 20+ pounds. Every so often these giants pop up along the beaches and rivers in Florida. If you’re lucky enough to be in the right place at just the right time you may find a massive school of 8-15 pound fish that will readily take any bait! We found some and it was a blast! Throwing @Savage Gear Mack Stick and Panic Prey was the way to really have explosive strikes from those monsters.
