Join me today for the kickoff of our 9 day camping trip through the mountains of North Georgia and the Georgia Traverse. I’m making Osso Buco, a fantastic and cheap dish that is delicious. The Dutch Oven does a great job with this braised meat and it turned out perfect. The fall scenery war great also. This was our first night at camp and rain was an issue.
