Catching Crappie Without Electronics On The River with 903Fishing and my724outdoors.com!
In this video, we are crappie fishing in February in a river with 0 electronics. We are crappie fishing with a jig and bobber using a simple double jig rig with a ACC Crappie Stix. You can find these crappie in the river by finding the slack pockets of water. Crappie will use these areas to ambush bait, when bait fish get caught up in the current, crappie will sit just outside of the current to get ready to feed once those bait fish get out. Winter crappie fishing is always fun, but when you can find crappie stacked up like this in the river, it makes it a blast.
