Venison Chili Colorado is the perfect addition to a cold winter day. Enjoy it with warm tortillas, in a taco, in a burrito, or you might just eat it straight out of the pot. Ingredients
- 2 lbs Deer Roast, 1/2″ cubes
- Deseeded dried peppers (3 anchos, 3 pasillas, 3 guajillos)
- Beef Stock (8 cups)
- Head of garlic- (chopped) Can also substitute with garlic paste.
- 3 tbs vegetable oil
-1 tbs ground cumin
salt, pepper, onion powder
3 tbs Mexican oregano
3 tsp fresh sage
2 bay leaves
