Join me for a trip to North Central Michigan were I will visit my best friend and do some fishing on the Au Sable River for trout using ultra light gear and spinners. I will take these back to the very off -grid cabin and cook them up on the Weber Kettle Grill. When used right, the Weber can smoke perfect fish every time. These turned out GREAT and everyone ( even the vegetarian in the group) into a lover of this dish.
