Today I will Catch Clean and Cook a “TRASH FISH” to see if it’s any good. I caught an AMERICAN EEL, and these guys are really slimy and ugly. They will twist around you and everything a get slime everywhere. My Grandmother used to eat these, so I will cook him up. Trash Fish or Treasure??
