In this short video, we’ll show you how to make seared razor clams!
Ingredients: 8 oz. razor clam meat, removed from shell ½ lemon, squeezed ½ stick butter Salt and pepper to taste Melt butter in a frying pan and add in lemon juice. Cook on medium for 2 minutes. Add in razor clams and cook until color changes, about 1 minute. Serve with a fresh squeeze of lemon on a cracker. ©ADF&G
