Best Corned Beef and Cabbage Recipe EVER! with Backwoods Gourmet and my724outdoors.com!
This is NOT YOUR MOM’S Boiled Corned Beef and Cabbage. I’m going to cook mine on the Weber Kettle Grill in the Lodge Cast Iron Fish Pan. I’m gonna’ sear it off and then roast the cabbage and onions. I’ll Braise the dish with some BEER until the Corned Beef is 203 degrees internal with some aluminum foil on top. Let it rest for 10 minutes and this will be the BEST CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE YOU EVER HAD.
