Stuffed Mushrooms Baked on the Weber Kettle with Backwoods Gourmet and my724outdoors.com!
These are amazing! These stuffed mushrooms, cooked on the grill in cast iron are mouthwatering! Join me for this great lower carb dish (leave out the pasta at the end). Today I’m going to modify a recipe from Southern Cast Iron Magazine since we couldn’t find any pasta shells. I use mushroom caps instead of shells that will reduce the carb count as well as add flavor. This really turned out great, so I hope you will try it.
