Use Your Weber Kettle Grill To Make THE BEST Tri Tip Ever with Backwoods Gourmet and my724outdoors.com!
I will fire up the Weber Kettle Grill with some B&B Competition Char-logs for this cook. They burn very consistently for a long period of time. I think they worked great for this cook. The Tri Tip turned out perfect. This charcoal would work great for other long cooks like brisket and pork butts also.
