It's the last deer hunting trip of 2021 and we had tags to fill! We ended the season with a bang folks! We still had several tags to fill and the boys did not disappoint in this episode folks! The dogs were exhausted after the end of a long season... Thanks for riding along with us!! We will see ya'll out there next year!
How many deer were harvested in South Carolina last year? 193,073 deer. Results from the S.C. Department of Natural Resources' 2020 Deer Hunter Survey showed an increased harvest of 2.4 percent over 2019, an estimated 107,212 bucks and 90,681 does, or 197,893 deer harvested. In 2019 South Carolina deer hunters harvested 193,073 deer according to Charles Ruth, SCDNR Big Game coordinator.
