In this short video, we'll show you how to make a spicy salmon burger!
Ingredients: 1 fillet salmon (sprinkle with dill, brown sugar, salt and pepper) 1 loaf foccacia bread 2 sweet potatoes 1 onion 1 red pepper Spinach Garlic Aoli Olive oil (for frying and coating veggies)
To make burgers: Bread crumbs (~½ cup, add until burgers easy to form) 1 egg To taste: Garlic powder, Onion powder, lemon juice, Old Bay, Turmeric, Sriracha, Worcestershire Sauce, Salt & Pepper
