In this short video, we'll show you how to make this delicious halibut and mushroom alfredo recipe! Don't forget to get your Alaska sport fishing license for access to catch and cook all the species featured in these videos: https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/Store/
Ingredients: 1 fillet halibut 1 package of mushrooms, sliced 6 cloves of garlic, chopped 5 TBSP butter, melted 4 cups half and half ½ cup Parmesan cheese (add more to taste/thicken) Salt and pepper to taste 1 package pasta of your choice Yields ~8 servings.
